PAY.ON America Inc. reaches first year milestone

Between the packed schedule of trade shows and conferences (including a successful first time exhibiting at ETA Transact), and onboarding new team members, there has barely been a moment spare to celebrate PAY.ON America Inc’s first birthday! An entire year has passed since PAY.ON America Inc. opened the doors of its first full US subsidiary in New York, and we have witnessed outstanding growth and development in this time.

A highlight of this exciting growth phase was the recent announcement of our partnerships with Planet Payment and National Merchants Association (NMA). Planet Payment will launch with PAY.ON America in Q2 2015, expanding the international payment services that they offer their merchants. Planet Payment’s decision to power their gateway with PAY.ON’s technology is a real vote of confidence for our proven payment infrastructure. National Merchants Association and their merchants will also benefit from the cross-border capabilities of PAY.ON’s global payment gateway, as well as gaining access to industry-leading monitoring and reporting tools.

PAY.ON’s extensive global payment network gives US-based independent sales organizations the technical connectivity that they need in order to follow their merchants into new markets. We are able to speed up time to market by providing connections to more than 260 local and international acquirers, and over 80 alternative payment methods. And our global network continues to grow, with the recent addition of Moneris USA, and the imminent integration of First Data Omaha and TSYS.

PAY.ON also now offers a tailored solution for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs), allowing these businesses to extend their services and offer payment services to merchants. In doing so, these businesses can become a ‘one stop shop’ for their clients, creating a competitive edge in a market that is consolidating. independent software vendors and value-added resellers represent a new market segment for PAY.ON, but it is one that we are ideally positioned to serve.

Our team is growing too. We have added additional headcount focused on Client Relationship Management and Technical Support, and a regionally-based Director of Sales to allow us to maximize existing and new opportunities in North America. As a result, we have now added additional office space to our Midtown Manhattan location, situated directly across from the Empire State Building. The growth of our team is a positive sign that PAY.ON’s white label payment gateway solutions are unique positioned for the North American market.

With our first year of operations now behind us, we are eagerly looking ahead to the rest of 2015… and beyond.
