Vendorcom supports collaboration and growth in the UK payments market
For PAY.ON, Vendorcom membership reflects increased commitment to growth in the UK market. We are seeing increasing interest in white label gateway solutions amongst UK payment providers, as payment service providers, acquirers, and other payments businesses seek to overcome the challenges of a consolidating and rapidly evolving payments marketplace.
PAY.ON has built a global payment network of more than 300 acquirers and alternative payment methods, accessed via a single technical integration to a RESTful open API. This technical connectivity allows our partners to drastically reduce time to market and support merchants who wish to take advantage of the globalization of e-commerce. The scalability of PAY.ON’s white label platform, which clients can brand and promote as their own, allows it to be easily tailored to meet diverse business needs.
“Vendorcom brings together payment industry leaders that embrace the idea of collaborating, sharing knowledge, and bringing innovative products to the market,” said Alastair Walton, Sales Manager UK. “We very much look forward to connecting with other innovators in the payment space.”
Paul Rodgers, Vendorcom Chairman, said: “I am delighted that PAY.ON has chosen to become a member of Vendorcom. It is particularly encouraging to have such a well-established, global player bring their extensive experience and partnership-driven ideas about the future of payments to the growing Vendorcom community.”
Vendorcom is a pan-European membership organization with the primary aim of connecting all stakeholders in the payments community to enable them to provide more innovative, effective and secure solutions to the market based on the strongest possible insight and collaboration on common issues. Vendorcom’s core activities include quarterly conferences, monthly networking events and weekly special interest groups which provide a range of opportunities for knowledge sharing and resolving issues, enabling the payments community to better understand and effectively meet market needs.
